Artium Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the brand strategy materials provided. Project scope, timelines and revisions are outlined in our agreement. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate agreement and may incur extra fees.
